Yourself, your insurance card if you have one (we don’t bill it but it has useful info), any recent lab work or imaging, a list of current medications and supplements, and notes on what brought you in. For aesthetic consults, come without makeup if you can — the Aura 3D scan reads pigment and pores most accurately on bare skin.
No. Bespoke is a fee-for-service practice — aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity care aren’t typically covered by insurance, and we’ve found that opting out lets us spend the time with you that good care actually requires. We accept HSA / FSA where applicable, all major cards, and offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry.
