Bone density.
Lymphatics.
Recovery.

The Hypervibe G17 oscillates at up to 35 Hz — triggering involuntary muscle contractions, signaling osteoblasts to build bone, and driving lymphatic circulation in the same 20 minutes. Your body does the work. You stand still.

The mechanism

Why vibration at this frequency is different.

The science is mechanical. When a platform oscillates rapidly beneath you, your body interprets the repeated change in gravitational load as instability — and your neuromuscular system responds the only way it knows how: by recruiting muscle fibers. At 25–35 Hz, that means hundreds of involuntary contractions per minute, recruiting fast-twitch and slow-twitch fibers that most deliberate movement never reaches.

Bone responds to the same signal. Osteoblasts — the cells responsible for laying down new bone — are mechanosensitive. Weight-bearing mechanical load is one of the few stimuli that prompts them to work. The Hypervibe G17 delivers up to 17g of gravitational force across that oscillation, which is the quantitative gap between a clinical-grade platform and a consumer vibration board at a gym.

The lymphatic system has no pump of its own. It moves when muscle moves. Vibration-driven muscle contraction mimics the rhythmic squeezing that normally propels lymph through its vessels — which is why patients managing fluid retention, slow recovery, or post-procedure inflammation often respond quickly to consistent sessions.

Why bone density matters now

Women lose up to 20% of their bone density in the five years following menopause. Weight-bearing vibration is one of the few mechanical interventions that signals osteoblasts to respond.

What changes

Six systems. One platform.

Whole-body vibration at clinical frequency and amplitude reaches systems that most conventional exercise approaches in parallel, not serially — which is why it integrates so naturally into a longevity program.

01

Bone density

Osteoblasts respond to mechanical load. Consistent vibration sessions produce measurable increases in bone mineral density, particularly in the lumbar spine and hip — the two sites most vulnerable to fracture. This is especially relevant for patients in perimenopause or on hormone therapy.

02

Lymphatic circulation

The lymphatic system moves by muscle contraction, not cardiac pressure. The involuntary contractions produced by vibration effectively pump lymph through its vessels — reducing fluid retention, supporting immune clearance, and accelerating post-procedure recovery.

03

Peripheral circulation

Repeated micro-load cycles dilate peripheral vessels and increase blood flow to the extremities. Patients with chronically cold hands and feet, or those managing conditions tied to microcirculation, often notice improvement within the first few weeks of regular sessions.

04

Muscle fiber recruitment

At 25–35 Hz, the platform triggers the stretch reflex hundreds of times per minute — recruiting fast-twitch fibers that most voluntary exercise doesn't reach efficiently. For patients on a GLP-1 protocol trying to preserve lean mass, this is a low-impact way to maintain neuromuscular stimulus.

05

Balance & coordination

The constant, rapid instability demands continuous proprioceptive adjustment. Over time this improves neuromuscular coordination and balance — a meaningful outcome for patients thinking long-term about fall prevention and functional longevity.

06

Recovery & inflammation

Vibration increases metabolic waste clearance from muscle tissue, shortening the window of delayed-onset soreness after training. For patients managing chronic inflammation or coming off a procedure, the lymphatic and circulatory effects translate into faster baseline recovery.

In the clinic

What happens in twenty minutes.

No special prep, no disrobing, no discomfort. The session is quiet and the effort is minimal — the platform generates the stimulus.

01 · You step on
Shoes off. Stand on the platform.

You step onto the Hypervibe G17 barefoot or in socks. Depending on your goals, we may have you stand upright, hold a slight squat, or rest your hands on the handles. No warm-up required.

02 · Frequency is set
Your goals determine the protocol.

Bone density protocols run at higher frequency and lower amplitude than lymphatic or recovery sessions. We dial in the settings based on what you're working toward — not a generic program.

03 · Your body responds
Hundreds of contractions. No effort on your part.

The oscillation triggers your stretch reflex automatically. You will feel the vibration clearly — in your legs, your core, and sometimes your jaw if you're not holding your mouth lightly closed. The sensation is unusual the first time and unremarkable by the third.

04 · Done
Twenty minutes. Zero downtime.

You step off, and that's it. No soreness, no recovery period, nothing to change. Most patients book a session directly before or after another appointment and walk out the same as they walked in — but the biology has registered the load.

Book a session on its own or pair it with another longevity appointment. We will set your protocol at the first visit based on your goals — bone density, lymphatics, recovery, or all three.

Before you book

What patients actually ask.

The questions we hear most about whole-body vibration. If yours isn't here, just call.

What does a Hypervibe session feel like?

Subtle and strange in equal measure — a low hum and a rapid oscillation you feel throughout your legs and core. Most patients describe it as more sensation than effort. There is no pain. You stand still (or hold a light position) while the platform does the work.

Is whole-body vibration safe if I have osteoporosis?

Whole-body vibration is one of the few non-pharmacological interventions with research support for bone density improvement, specifically in osteopenic and osteoporotic populations. That said, we review your labs, bone density history, and any implants or hardware before we set frequency and amplitude. Not every setting is appropriate for every patient, which is why the program is individualized.

How is the Hypervibe G17 different from a vibration plate at a gym?

Consumer vibration boards typically run at low g-force and limited frequency ranges — enough to feel something, rarely enough to drive a clinical response. The Hypervibe G17 delivers up to 17g of gravitational load across a 1–35 Hz frequency range. That difference in amplitude is what separates a stimulus your bone and lymphatic system actually register from one they mostly ignore.

How often should I come?

For bone density goals, research supports 2–3 sessions per week consistently over months. For lymphatic support and recovery, even one session per week shows measurable benefit. We will set a cadence based on your specific goals at the first appointment.

Can I do a session on the same day as another treatment?

Yes — it pairs well with most longevity appointments. Many patients book it the same day as an InBody scan, an IV, or a hormone follow-up. The session is low-impact and leaves no downtime.

Who should not use whole-body vibration?

Patients with active deep vein thrombosis, uncontrolled seizure disorders, recent fractures, certain spinal implants, or who are pregnant should not use the platform. We screen for these at intake. If you have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, let us know — some are compatible, some are not, and we verify before starting.
