Privacy & text messages.
This page explains how Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness (“Bespoke,” “we”) handles the information you share through this website, by phone, by email and by text message. Your medical records and other protected health information are also covered by HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at your first visit and can request at any time.
What we collect
When you book, fill out a form, call, text or email us: your name, phone number, email, date of birth, and what you tell us about the care you’re looking for. When you visit this website: standard technical information such as your device, browser and the pages you view, collected with Google Analytics cookies.
How we use it
To schedule and confirm your visits, answer your questions, provide and coordinate your care, take payment, send receipts and care instructions, and improve this website. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with companies that help us run the practice, such as our scheduling, payment, phone, texting and email providers, under agreements that protect your information (including HIPAA business associate agreements whenever health information is involved), or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your mobile number & text consent
We do not share, sell or rent your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, other than the service providers that deliver our messages to you.
Text message terms
Program: Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness patient messages.
What we text: appointment confirmations and reminders, booking links and schedule changes, forms to complete before your visit, care and aftercare instructions, updates on orders and refills, and replies to messages you send us. We never text lab results or other sensitive details; we send a secure link instead. We send promotional texts only if you separately agree to them.
How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to texts on our new-patient forms, at check-in, when you book online, or by texting us first at (737) 303-5727. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase or treatment.
How often: it varies with your care, usually a few messages around each appointment.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply START to begin again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts aren’t for emergencies: call 911.
Email is convenient but not completely private: it can be seen by others if it goes to the wrong address or someone else can get into your inbox. We use email for appointments, receipts, care instructions and answers to your questions. We never put lab results or other sensitive details in the email itself; we send a secure link instead. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
Payments
Card payments, including a card kept on file to hold your appointment, are handled by our payment processor. We never store your full card number.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit who on our team can see it to the people who need it for your care.
Children
This website isn’t intended for children under 13, and most of our services are for adults 18 and older.
Your choices
You can update your contact information, stop texts (reply STOP), stop emails, or ask about your health information rights at any time. Under HIPAA you may request a copy of your records, ask for corrections, and ask how your information has been shared; see our Notice of Privacy Practices.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
